I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, swimming teacher and coach, and fitness enthusiast, and now taking online clients.
I have particular expertise in endurance training and combining that with strength work, so if you’re a runner, triathlete or endurance athlete looking to get stronger, or wanting to combine gym work with running, I can help you achieve that perfect balance.
Whether you’re just starting out, or have been training for years, online coaching can help you to get on track, tone up or hit those PBs you’ve been aiming for. I combine my own experience with a trained background to ensure all clients get the most from their training, and place a huge emphasis on goal setting and motivational techniques, to make sure you stay on track and enjoy the journey. I provide full training plans, nutritional advice, and regular checks ins all in one monthly investment.
